Barriers to Effective Communication

BARRIERS TO EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION Disruption in communication may be caused by a number of factors, which have been discussed below. Physical barriers They are often due to the nature of the environment.  For example, the natural barrier exists if staff is located in different buildings or on different sites.  Likewise, poor or outdated equipment, particularly the failure of management to introduce new technology, may also cause problems.  Staff shortages are another factor, which frequently causes communication difficulties for an organization. In the same way, distractions like background noise, poor lighting or an environment, which is too hot or cold, an uncomfortable chair, bad connections, poor acoustics, and illegible copy can completely block an otherwise effective message.  To overcome physical distractions, try to prepare well written documents which are clear, concise, and comprehensive. Poem#3 Can We Hope For Love Eternal

Can We Hope For Love Eternal   Who knows what's love indeed? An unsullied sentiment – a frugal deed – A tempest of heart – clash of impulses – A fruit of loyalty or a moment's need.   The first flicker of love when you fall Head over heels, and install A brand new heart dancing euphorically, To love and to be loved, breaks down every wall.   The newest glossy blush of crush New me, new earth, everything new Is crushed soon by routine rush, And veils behind grayish hue.   Over the time that just-fell-in-love feeling Evolves, stabilizes, charges, long lasts Delves emotions into healing, Journey is filled with cheer-blasts.   Time flies by when you two are together And crawls like a snail after seeing off. Envy wants to care and be cared; But as trust grows, worries tend to fade.   Love as an amateurish pastime, Prompted by impulse not by rhyme,   Bursts at the loss of a penny, is parted Lik...

Poem#2 Raindrops

Raindrops   Behold, it’s raining, leisurely, tinkling, Emotions elating with glee – sprinkling Damp drops chorus a lazy pop, a sequins’ arched row With moist hues paint a prismatic rainbow.   These unbiased drops – fine tuned and messed, Pouring alike upon destitute and blessed, Whitewashes the greenery the greener Mystifies against Nature, the beloved schemer.   The earthy scent invites folks at doors to peep Raindrops outside, but insides drown deep. It succeeds to splash thrill all-around, The melody of ‘water-wave' holds them spellbound.

Poem#1 It’s Not My Thing

It’s Not My Thing   On the days darker than winter nights, In the battle of emotions fiercer than armies' fight; I wish the sun of purity would dazzle, For a star isn’t my thing.   My intelligence longs for childlike innocence, My weary breath dreams of indolence; I wish a torrent of verve would gush, For a drizzle isn’t my thing.   Into disgraced ocean of smears, And the woods of undesirable fears; I wish the magma of valiance would erupt,                                            For endurance isn’t my thing.
